Definitions

For the purposes of this Policy:

  • “Company” (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Better Beyond LLC
  • “Website” refers to Better Cells, accessible from https://bettercellsnutrition.com/
  • “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods or Services from Us
  • “You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable

Good and Services

“Goods” refers to the following items for sale on the Website and subject to the Cancellation, Delivery, Return and Refund Policy for Goods below.

  • RFN Sheet
  • RFN Sheet in Spanish
  • RFN Pack Sheet
  • ELYP
  • RFN Sheet Premium Report
  • RFN Puppy Sheet Professional Report
    • RFN Canine Formulation Course

“Services” refers to all other items for sale on the Website and subject to the Cancellation, Delivery, Return and Refund Policy for Services below. Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Recipe formulation
  • RFN Sheet customization
  • Consultation appointments or email consultations

Cancellation, Delivery, Return and Refund Policy for Services

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once services are complete. Services are considered complete upon Delivery (see Delivery Policy below).

The deadline for canceling an Order is 30 days from the purchase date. In order to cancel, You must submit a cancellation request to jenny@bettercellsnutrition.com within that time frame.

Appointments Services cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 2 days prior to the appointment start date. No-shows are considered cancellations.

For all other Services, if the cancellation request is approved, You will receive a prorated refund for parts of the Services that have not yet been started by Us. Below are examples for cancellation of recipe formulation Services.

Example Recipe Formulation Cancellation Request:

  • Before intake is finalized / Before You receive a specific turnaround date for your Services: Typically eligible for a 75% refund
  • After “Ingredient Check” is sent: Typically eligible for a 25% refund

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We approve the cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the original price of the Service.

Delivery Policy

The following services are considered Complete or Delivered when:

  • Recipe Formulation: Recipe report has been sent to You. After care time included with Recipe Formulation Services cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • RFN Sheet Customization: Email is sent to You confirming that the RFN Sheet Customization is complete.
  • Appointments: The appointment time has ended.
  • Other consultation (purchased by the hour): Email is sent to You confirming You have depleted the pre-paid time.
  • All other Services: Email is sent to You confirming Services are complete.

Return Policy

Services cannot be returned.

Cancellation, Delivery, Return and Refund Policy for Goods

Cancellation Policy

Orders that have not yet been delivered can be canceled. Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the original price of the Goods. Once delivered, Orders cannot be canceled.

Refund and Exchange Policy

  • If Order was placed less than 7 days ago and You would like to exchange for a different item, We will refund the price difference if applicable
  • All other Orders placed less than 30 days ago, refunds requests are evaluated on a case by case basis.
  • Orders placed more than 30 days ago are not eligible for refund.

To request a refund or exchange, You must submit a request to jenny@bettercellsnutrition.com. The request must be sent before any deadline for exchanges or refunds (as outlined above) has passed.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We approve the refund request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order. 

Delivery Policy

All Goods are digitally accessed items. Delivery is considered complete once an email has been sent to You with instructions on how to access the Goods You have purchased.

Return Policy

Goods cannot be returned.
